When thinking of creation, most people imagine a process that ends with a product of some kind, a transformation of an object into something else using chemical reaction, force, or any other method.
Creation however, is not any of the above.
Creation is forming from vain. something we could only refer to as magic or miracle. an entity in the place where there was nothing else beforehead.
Meditation is a very controversial term in the western culture. While some see it as the way to enlightment, others treat it with suspicion. There are lots of different meditation styles taught world wide. the one thing that unites them all is the attempt to concentrate in one thing. be it at object, sensation, image, breath etc. the aim of that practice is like driving a car, which engine you have to keep on, but still, remain at a certain location. the most efficient thing one can do is pull the hand brake and set the gear to neutral. thats what we are trying to do with the mind on meditation. since we cannot stop it from wandering, we try to make it wander in the same place over and over again. then slowly, it will be less "jumpy" and more relaxed.
People who practive meditation such as "Vipassana", report major changes in their tension and maturity level. it seems like the mind becomes less the master and more a slave to our will.
Unlike the common use of the word truth, Truth itself has no positive or negative meaning. As a matter of fact, positive and negative are just impressions of judgement, and therefore cannot match with "Truth". Truth is the essence of all things. it is not subjected to opinion, illusion or judgement. it simply is.
Words have become one of our main comunication channels, though they are by far the most decieving one. They reflect their intentios poorly, and often cause misunderstanding.
Using words to describe intangible ideas, such as feelings, thoughts, dreams or even colors, can be compared to using 2 Dimension world to describe 3D existence. it serves it purpose very poorly, and often leads to an error.
